What's the cost of shipping?

Shipping for our Farmhouse Finds Subscription box is 9.95, and the shipping for our Trendy Tee and our Trendy Tee and Accessory Club is 5.95. Shipping is available within the USA's 48 contiguous states. If you live in the area, we recommend picking up your subscriptions at The Farmhouse to save on shipping. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout, as well as your option to choose either pick up or shipping.

When will my order ship or be ready for pick up?

Your order will ship/be ready for pick by the 15th of the month. If you are a subscriber, your order will renew every month on the 5th

How long will it take to arrive?

Orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.

When will I be charged?

Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. After that you payment will be deducted automatically on the 5th of each month.

How can I check my order status?

First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.

Can I change my subscription?

Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription. You can also access the "Subscription" option from your order confirmation email.

How do I track an order?

After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.

What comes in the box?

The Farmhouse Finds Box contains 3-5 decor and/or lifestyle items. The Trendy Tee and Accessory Club includes 2 items each month. Each monthly box is a surprise and offers a variety of high-quality items!
