Garlic Rosemary and Citrus Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a saute pan.
  2. Add chopped garlic and saute over medium-high heat for 30 seconds making sure it does not brown.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until the color turns pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic Rosemary Citrus Sauce and reduce sauce for about 3 minutes. Add heavy cream to finish the sauce and heat for 3 minutes
  5. Add chopped rosemary and let it cook for 2 minutes—season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over rice or pasta.

Approx 25 minute cook time   Serves 2-4    Chicken may be substituted for shrimp!
